ABOUT US…
Since 1948 the Franklin Business and Professional Women's Club has been an active member of the Franklin community.

Each year we honor a local Woman of Achievement … someone who lives or works in the Franklin area and, through her career and personal life, has done much for the community and the status of working women. In addition, we recognize a Young Career Woman ... a local woman under the age of 35 who has accomplished much in her personal and professional life.

Franklin BPW organizes and markets a community calendar that tracks birthdays, anniversaries and organizational meetings. Calendar profits are used for community activities and help fund an annual scholarship awarded each June to a female student, age 25 or older, who is living or working in the Franklin BPW membership area. In recent years, we have awarded a scholarship of $500. See "Programs" for application.

We participate in many community activities by donating time or money … Girls State, Santa's Workshop, activities of the Greater Franklin Chamber of Commerce, and many others.
